The PVC cone is flexible enough to be twisted and pressed 180 degrees and rebound after impact. PVC cones can withstand high temperature 65°C and low temperatures as low as -20°C. Each cone is highly reflective, anti-UV, aging resistance and durable. The base is wide body profile for stability, light weight, and acts as an inexpensive barrier.
